Delivery Options
Orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail or by our designated courier according to destination.
A delivery option will be assigned at the point of order confirmation and will be determined according to the value, weight and urgency of the products.
Dispatches by Royal Mail UK and Overseas – All items will be sent first class and tracking is not available.
UK courier service – All dispatches will be sent by our designated UK courier DPD. Tracking is available for these orders and the tracking number will be sent along with your dispatch confirmation email. To track an order, enter your tracking code at www.dpd.co.uk.
Overseas Courier – All dispatches will be sent by our designated overseas courier Federal Express www.fedex.com (or alternative depending on destination) Tracking is available for these orders and the tracking number will be sent along with your dispatch confirmation email.
Delivery Schedule
United Kingdom
All orders will generally be dispatched within 2-4 working days and every effort will be made to deliver goods to UK destinations within 7 working days, subject to stock.
UK delivery times may also be extended to any destination in the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and any offshore British islands.
Outside of the United Kingdom
All orders will generally be dispatched within 2-4 working days and every effort will be made to deliver goods to all destinations within 14 - 21 working days, subject to stock.
Any deliveries outside of the UK are subject to customs clearance which may delay the delivery schedule. For information please contact your local customs office.
For urgent UK orders a same day dispatch, with delivery on the next working day, is available at an additional charge. Also for an additional charge, AM deliveries, Saturday deliveries or specified delivery days can be arranged.

Proof of Delivery
There is no need to sign for orders sent on the standard delivery service by Royal Mail, if your order has been dispatched by courier a signature on delivery will be required. The signature does not have to be the purchaser. If no-one is available to sign for the parcel, an ‘Attempted Delivery Card’ will be left and you can arrange for the collection or re-delivery at another time.
